Description:

I. Product Overview:

ZW1151AP series capacitive adiabatic/pressure transmitter is exquisitely designed with explosion-proof and all-weather structure. Installation, use and adjustment are convenient and simple. The terminal and amplifying circuit are placed in the upper airtight electric chamber and separated from each other. So the amplifier is still working in a sealed state when the field connection is made. The amplifying circuit has anti-polarity protection to prevent the transmitter from being damaged due to wrong connection. In order to adapt to the continuous improvement and development of domestic automation level, this series of products not only have compact and exquisite design, but also have the intelligent function of HART Fieldbus protocol.

II. Working Principle:

ZW 151AP series capacitive absolute pressure/pressure transmitter is used to measure two kinds of pressure of medium into high and low pressure chambers. It acts on the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the delta element (i.e. the sensitive element), and is transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolator and the filling liquid in the element. A capacitor is formed by measuring the diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the displacement of the diaphragm is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is different, and the signal is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure through oscillation and demodulation.  Like absolute working principle and differential pressure transmitter, the difference is that the pressure of low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum.

3. Application occasions:

One side of ZW1151AP series capacitive adiabatic/pressure transmitter receives the absolute pressure signal measured, the other side is closed into a high vacuum reference chamber, and then converts it into 4-20mA.DC signal output. It can measure absolute pressure of degassing system, distillation tower, evaporator and crystallizer.
