Description:

I. Product Overview:

ZWA11OA series single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter is a new type of transmitter which imports advanced technology and equipment from abroad. The key raw materials, components and components are all imported. The whole machine has been rigorously assembled and tested. The product has the characteristics of advanced design principle, complete varieties and specifications, simple installation and use. 2. Fieldbus communication capability:

Fieldbus is a bidirectional digital communication system, an innovative technology for configuring instrumentation control system, and also a promising replacement product. It is used to replace the standard 4-20mA analog communication widely used in field instruments.

Two Fieldbus modes, FOUNDATION? Fieldbus low voltage mode and PROFIBUS PA equipment, are provided to achieve the collaboration between Zhongwei and other suppliers. In software aspect, ZWA110A series uses two AI function blocks to calculate differential pressure and static pressure, thus realizing flexible instrument configuration.

3. Excellent performance and stability:

ZWA11OA series single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter adopts single crystal silicon resonant sensor technology. Monocrystalline silicon is an ideal material because it does not lag behind the change of pressure or temperature. The single crystal silicon resonant sensor reduces the influence of overvoltage, temperature change and static pressure to Zui low, thus providing unparalleled long-term stability.

4. Miniaturized lightweight design:

ZZWA11OA series single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter reduces the weight of this model to half of the original model due to the use of ASIC amplifier design to reduce packaging, as well as the miniaturization of diaphragm box construction and flange. ASIC design not only reduces the number of parts, but also improves the reliability of the amplifier.

5. Product application:

ZWA11OA series single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the flow, liquid level, density and pressure of gas, liquid and steam, and then convert it into current signal output of 4-20 mADC. ZWA11OA can also communicate with each other through BRAIN or HART 375, 475, through which to set and monitor.

The positive migration of Zui is 500% of the calibration range of Zui minor adjustment.
