I. Product Overview:
ZWA210A/220A series flange mounted differential pressure transmitter adopts advanced microprocessing technology and digital communication technology. In addition to all the functions of conventional intelligence, it also has a series of enhanced functions, such as automatic zero adjustment, remote in-situ control parameter viewing and password lock adjustment of control parameters, etc. At the same time, through field bus HART protocol, remote parameter setting, remote control, self-diagnosis and other functions are carried out.
2. Fieldbus communication capability:
The field bus of ZWA210A/220A series flange mounted differential pressure transmitter is a bidirectional digital communication system. It is an innovative technology to configure instrument control system. It is also a promising renewal product to replace the standard 4-20mA analog communication widely used in field instruments.
Two Fieldbus modes, FOUNDATION? Fieldbus low-voltage mode and PROFIBUS PA equipment, are provided to achieve the collaboration between Astor and other suppliers. In software aspect, ZWA210 series uses two AI function blocks to calculate differential pressure and static pressure, thus realizing flexible instrument configuration.
3. Small lightweight design:
ZWA210A/220A series flange-mounted differential pressure transmitter reduces the weight of this model to half of the original model due to the use of ASIC amplifier design to reduce packaging, as well as the construction of diaphragm box and the miniaturization of flange. ASIC design not only reduces the number of parts, but also improves the reliability of the amplifier.
4. Application occasions:
ZWA210A/220A series flange-mounted differential pressure transmitters are used to measure the flow, liquid level, density and pressure of gases, liquids and vapors, and then convert them into current signal output of 4-20 mADC. ZWA210A/220A can also communicate with each other through BRAIN or CENTUM CS/uXL or HART275, through which they can be set up and monitored.
