I. Product Overview:
ZWA438W series diaphragm sealed pressure transmitter is a new type of transmitter which imports advanced technology and equipment from abroad. The key raw materials, components and components are all imported. After rigorous assembly and testing, the whole machine has the characteristics of advanced design principle, complete varieties and specifications, simple installation and use. Because the isolation diaphragm is very thin, it is the weak link of corrosion resistance, so the liquid-contacting diaphragm material has 316L, Harrington C-276, Monel, Tantalum and so on. It can be applied to different anti-corrosion requirements, and can be reasonably selected according to the measured medium concentration, humidity, pressure and other parameters, which are suitable for the appendix to give the reference table of corrosion resistance.
2. Small lightweight design:
ZWA438W series diaphragm sealed pressure transmitter reduces the weight of this model to half of the original model due to the use of ASIC amplifier design to reduce packaging, as well as diaphragm box construction and flange miniaturization. ASIC design not only reduces the number of parts, but also improves the reliability of the amplifier.
3. Fieldbus communication capability:
Fieldbus is a bidirectional digital communication system, an innovative technology for configuring instrumentation control system, and also a promising replacement product. It is used to replace the standard 4-20mA analog communication widely used in field instruments.
ZWA438W series diaphragm sealed pressure transmitter provides two Fieldbus modes, FOUNDATION & #8482; fieldbus low voltage mode and PROFIBUS PA equipment, in order to achieve the collaboration between Zhongwei measurement and control and other suppliers. In software aspect, EJA series uses two AI function blocks to calculate differential pressure and static pressure, thus realizing flexible instrument configuration.
4. Application occasions:
ZWA438W series diaphragm sealed pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure of liquid, gas and steam, and then output 4-20mADC signal corresponding to the pressure. Because they can communicate with HART375 hand manipulator, they can be set and monitored remotely.
