Intelligent Pressure Controller
I. Product Overview:
ZW-K102 series intelligent pressure controller is a pressure measurement and control product which integrates pressure measurement, display, output and control. The product is an all-electronic structure. The front end uses an isolation film oil-filled core. It is converted from A/D with high precision. It is processed by microprocessor and displayed on the spot. It also outputs one analog circuit and two switching circuits.
2. Application occasions:
ZW-K102 series intelligent pressure controller is flexible in use, simple in operation, easy to debug, safe and reliable. It is widely used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, hydraulic and other industries to measure, display and control the pressure of fluid medium on site.

1. Installation of 100 standard instruments;

5. Installation requirements:
Mechanical installation:
1. It can be directly installed in hydraulic pipeline through pressure pipe joint (M20*1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering).
2. In critical applications (such as severe vibration or shock), pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled by miniature hoses.
Note: Vertical installation is required when the range is less than 100KPa.
Electrical connection:
In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. The line connection should be as short as possible.
2. Shielding wire;
3. Avoid direct access to the wiring of user devices or electrical and electronic devices that cause interference.
4. If installed with a miniature hose, the shell must be grounded separately.
6. The following points should be paid attention to when using.
1. In use, in order to avoid excessive fluctuation of pressure, the supply voltage of industrial power supply must be stable and sufficient. The fluctuation range of voltage should be less than the fluctuation range of pressure. Otherwise, if the capacity of power supply is too small, the display finger of pressure will jump up and down. In addition, the power cord and the various wiring must be connected correctly and in good contact with each other, otherwise it will affect the efficiency of work.
2. It will be disturbed by static electricity or frequency modulation in the course of using, so anti-interference measures must be done well: if the outer shell can be grounded well, the signal line can be changed to shield line, these measures can eliminate the interference of static electricity and frequency modulation to a certain extent.
Seventh, matters needing attention in type selection:
1. Stability should be maintained after working overtime. Most pressure controllers will drift after working overtime. Therefore, it is necessary to know the stability of pressure controllers sufficiently, which will reduce unnecessary troubles in future work.
2. The encapsulation and the encapsulation of pressure controllers should not be neglected. However, this will gradually expose its shortcomings in future use. Before purchasing, we must consider the working environment, humidity, strong impact or vibration, etc.
3. Connecting with other electronic devices is also very important. We should consider whether distance connection is necessary or not. If we decide to adopt distance connection, what kind of connector should we choose.
4. Whether interchangeability is needed or not, it is determined that the selected system can be adapted to multiple systems.
