ZW3051LDP series single flange long-distance differential pressure transmitter is a new type of transmitter which imports advanced technology and equipment from abroad. II. Working Principle:
ZW3051LDP series single flange remote differential pressure transmitter is connected with stainless steel flange by capillary tube of 3051GP intelligent pressure transmitter. It is a kind of remote transmission device installed in pipeline or container to sense the measured pressure. The pressure is transferred to the main body of the transmitter by filling silicone oil (or other liquid) in capillary tube, and then transmitted by delta chamber and amplifying circuit in the main body of the transmitter. The board, which converts pressure or differential pressure to 4-20mA.DC signal, can communicate with each other, set and monitor with the hand-operated device in accordance with HART protocol.
3. Application occasions:
ZW3051LDP series single flange remote differential pressure transmitter is a pressure sensor assembly used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from entering the transmitter directly. It is connected with the transmitter by capillary filled with fluid. It is used to measure liquid level, flow rate and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into 4-20 mA DC signal output. The applicable media are as follows:
